COP28 President-Designate’s Berlin speech

During a recent speech at the Petersberg Climate Dialogue in Berlin, COP President-Designate Dr Sultan Al Jaber called on those present to work together in the lead up to COP28 in the UAE to deliver a practical action-oriented response to the Global Stocktake.  The Stocktake measures progress against the Paris Climate Agreement goals.
