Saudi Arabia’s first electric cars have arrived, with up to 1,111 hp and three-metre doors.
Ceer, backed by the Public Investment Fund and Foxconn, revealed the EXOBOT sedan and SUV on 21 September. The launch took place at its plant in King Abdullah Economic City. The top tri-motor versions make 1,111 hp and 1,500 Nm, and the sedan reaches 100 km/h in 2.1 seconds. Both use a 112 kWh battery on an 800-volt system. Range reaches 670 km for the sedan and 560 km for the SUV. Shahin Wing doors almost three metres long lift upwards. A Halo cooling system takes the cabin from 65°C to 32°C in ten minutes. The Ceer EXOBOT goes on sale in Saudi Arabia in early 2027.
