Dodge Charger Daytona EV to be available internationally

Dodge has announced the international expansion of its Charger Daytona EV, the world’s first electric muscle car. It is set to launch in the Middle East and Europe in late 2025  following its unveiling in North America last year.

The announcement came from Stellantis Group, the parent company of the Dodge brand, which confirmed via reports that the Charger Daytona will be available in various configurations, including both two and four-door body styles.

These options will include internal combustion engine (ICE) variants alongside electric powertrains, potentially broadening the appeal of the Charger to a diverse range of consumers.

The Dodge Charger Daytona EV boasts impressive specifications, especially for performance enthusiasts. The base model features a dual-electric motor setup that delivers 456 BHP and 547 Nm of torque, while the high-performance Scat Pack variant ramps up power to an impressive 630 BHP and 839 Nm. Notably, the Scat Pack variant can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 3.3 seconds, showcasing the capabilities of electric muscle cars.

Pricing for the Charger Daytona EV starts at approximately $59,995 for the base model in North America, reaching up to $73,190 for the Scat Pack version.

The anticipated introduction of this iconic vehicle in the Gulf region may resonate well with consumers looking for a blend of historical muscle car performance and modern electric vehicle technology.
